Manage Your Account
To personally manage your account from wherever you are, you can log onto the customer self-care portal here or you can access the same information via mobile by simply dialling *348# on your mobile phone.
The customer self care portal allows you to perform the following services:
- Activate your card for use in online transactions- you will need to activate your card on the customer self-care portal to enable online payments for goods and services.
- View current and previous statements
- View account balance
- Block or unblock your account
- Change your online login password via the internet
- Change your mobile PIN via your mobile
- Perform card to card transfers
