Manage Your Account

To personally manage your account from wherever you are, you can log onto the customer self-care portal here or you can access the same information via mobile by simply dialling *348# on your mobile phone.

The customer self care portal allows you to perform the following services:

  • Activate your card for use in online transactions- you will need to activate your card on the customer self-care portal to enable online payments for goods and services.
  • View current and previous statements
  • View account balance
  • Block or unblock your account
  • Change your online login password via the internet 
  • Change your mobile PIN via your mobile  
  • Perform card to card transfers
